VeganTourMadrid came about when two friends realized their combined life experiences and skill sets were a perfect complement to craft a tour that combines great food, neighborhood stories, and genuine connections with local businesses that champion sustainability.

These two friends – who also happen to be your guides 🙂 – are:

Robin Weber, one of your friendly guides!

Robin was born in Portland, Oregon, but spent the first 10 years of his life in Germany. His family then emigrated to the US, where he lived for almost 30 years.

A little over ten years ago, Robin landed in Madrid for what he thought would be a standard two-week vacation. The trip ended up changing his life, as he discovered the most vibrant, friendly, open, and fascinating city he had ever experienced. He’s been completely obsessed with Madrid ever since and now calls it his home.

Robin has been vegan for almost seven years, and has been thrilled to see the rapid growth and evolution of the vegan food scene in Madrid. He is thrilled to be able to share it with you.

Robin speaks English, German, and Spanish.

Roser, one of your friendly guides

Born in Barcelona, Roser has lived in Germany, Scotland, and Malta, driven by her desire to experience different countries and cultures. This led her to move to Madrid several years ago and to explore the city in depth.

She is passionate about history and music, which is why she studied both subjects and made a career as a tour guide and music teacher. Although she spent several years teaching both subjects in schools, she has also been guiding tours in Spain and in various countries in Europe and other continents for many years.

She has decided to settle in Madrid and begin offering guided tours in different parts of the city. She is delighted to share the capital’s undeniable charm with her guests during her tours. Looking forward, she is interested in creating new tour experiences in the city, and this is how she came to develop gastronomic and cultural tours of Madrid’s most traditional neighborhoods.

She is a licensed tour guide.

Roser speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.
