1. About Us
Vegan Tour Madrid is an independently operated tour service offering guided vegan food experiences in Madrid, Spain. By booking or participating in a tour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking system or approved channels. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details once the reservation is completed.
3. Minimum Participants Requirement
Our standard tours require a minimum of 6 participants to operate.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Vegan Tour Madrid reserves the right to:
- reschedule the tour, or
- cancel the tour and provide a full refund
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Private tours follow the same cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Changes & Itinerary
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary (e.g., restaurant substitutions due to availability), while maintaining the overall experience and value of the tour.
6. Dietary Considerations & Allergies
All tours are 100% vegan. However, we cannot guarantee that food served at partner venues is free from allergens.
Guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Participation is at your own risk with respect to food allergies or sensitivities.
7. Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages may be offered at certain stops and may be included as part of the experience.
Consumption of alcohol is entirely optional and at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
Vegan Tour Madrid does not accept responsibility for:
- effects of alcohol consumption
- behavior resulting from alcohol consumption
Guests are expected to drink responsibly.
8. Health & Physical Requirements
Tours involve approximately 3.5 hours of walking. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to take part.
We are not responsible for:
- injuries
- accidents
- loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
9. Punctuality
Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss part or all of the experience and are not eligible for a refund.
10. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others, without refund.
11. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegan Tour Madrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the tour.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- weather conditions
- strikes
- public health restrictions
- government actions
13. Privacy
Personal data collected during booking is used solely for reservation management and communication. We do not sell or share personal data, except where necessary to provide the service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Términos y Condiciones
1. Sobre Nosotros
Vegan Tour Madrid es un servicio independiente que ofrece experiencias gastronómicas veganas guiadas en Madrid, España. Al reservar o participar en un tour, aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones.
2. Reservas y Pago
Todas las reservas deben realizarse con antelación a través de nuestro sistema oficial o canales autorizados. El pago completo es necesario para confirmar la reserva.
Una vez completada, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación con los detalles del tour.
3. Número Mínimo de Participantes
Nuestros tours requieren un mínimo de 6 participantes para llevarse a cabo.
Si no se alcanza este mínimo, Vegan Tour Madrid se reserva el derecho de:
- reprogramar el tour, o
- cancelarlo y ofrecer un reembolso completo
4. Cancelaciones y Reembolsos
- Cancelación gratuita hasta 48 horas antes del inicio del tour
- Cancelaciones con menos de 48 horas no son reembolsables
- La no asistencia (no-show) no es reembolsable
Las solicitudes de cambio con al menos 48 horas de antelación podrán aceptarse según disponibilidad.
Los tours privados siguen la misma política, salvo acuerdo distinto por escrito.
5. Cambios en el Itinerario
Nos reservamos el derecho de realizar cambios menores en el itinerario (por ejemplo, sustitución de restaurantes) si es necesario, manteniendo siempre la calidad de la experiencia.
6. Alergias y Restricciones Alimentarias
Todos los tours son 100% veganos. Sin embargo, no podemos garantizar la ausencia total de alérgenos en los establecimientos colaboradores.
Es responsabilidad del cliente informar de cualquier alergia o restricción al momento de la reserva.
La participación se realiza bajo tu propia responsabilidad en relación con alergias o intolerancias.
7. Alcohol
En algunos establecimientos pueden ofrecerse bebidas alcohólicas como parte de la experiencia.
El consumo de alcohol es opcional y responsabilidad exclusiva del participante.
Vegan Tour Madrid no se hace responsable de:
- los efectos del consumo de alcohol
- comportamientos derivados del mismo
Se espera un consumo responsable.
8. Salud y Condición Física
El tour implica aproximadamente 3,5 horas caminando. Es responsabilidad del participante asegurarse de poder realizarlo.
No nos hacemos responsables de:
- lesiones
- accidentes
- pérdida, robo o daño de pertenencias
Los participantes deben seguir las instrucciones del guía en todo momento.
9. Puntualidad
Los tours comienzan puntualmente. Llegar tarde puede implicar perder parte o la totalidad del tour sin derecho a reembolso.
10. Conducta
Nos reservamos el derecho de denegar o retirar la participación a cualquier persona cuyo comportamiento sea inapropiado o inseguro, sin derecho a reembolso.
11. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, Vegan Tour Madrid no será responsable de daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados de la participación en el tour.
12. Fuerza Mayor
No somos responsables por cancelaciones o cambios derivados de causas fuera de nuestro control, incluyendo:
- condiciones meteorológicas
- huelgas
- restricciones sanitarias
- decisiones gubernamentales
13. Privacidad
Los datos personales se utilizan únicamente para gestionar reservas y comunicación. No se venden ni comparten, salvo cuando sea necesario para prestar el servicio.
14. Legislación Aplicable
Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen por la legislación española.
